We're looking for coaches and trainers who are genuine, positive role models — people our girls can look up to, not just for their skills on the field, but for how they carry themselves off it.

We're not looking for perfect resumes. We're looking for people who care. People who show up consistently, who treat every girl with patience and respect, and who understand that their impact goes far beyond wins and losses. A coach who helps a struggling player believe in herself is doing just as much for this program as one who teaches a perfect route tree.

Football knowledge matters, but it's not the deciding factor. We can teach the X's and O's. What we can't teach is character — the kind of person who leads by example, who's honest, who shows up for these girls even on the hard days. If you bring that, we want you on our staff, whether or not you've ever coached a down of football in your life.

Authenticity matters more than credentials. We'd rather have a coach who's real with our girls than one who just looks good on paper.
